Executive Chef, David Bouton, of Copadeli

discovered his passion for the culinary arts at theage of just 7 while cooking with his mother in the kitchen. He started working at his uncle at the age of 12.

Chef David’s culinary career officially began after his completion at the renowned Ceproc School in Paris, also known as, The Center Of Excellence Culinary Profession. During his time in Paris, he has worked in many well-known restaurants such as Davoli and Lenotre before he moved to Thailand in 1998.

Chef David has also received rewards in butchery, cookery and delicatessen throughout his successful career. With more than 20 years of experience, dedication and passion, you can make sure that the products from Copadeli are made with passion.
